temp switch/timer

OK,

I live in a somewhat colder climate... With huge temp swings

I pull cool/cold air from outside 6-7-8 months out of the year, ac other months.

Anyways, it seems I have to check the weather way too much, my area is know for being 90 in the day, then the next is 40 at night, huge temp swings.

To keep it short, I'd love to find a timer or controller that will kick on when it is below 65-70 out, the opposite of what I mostly see...

Or

I'd like to be able to utilize fresh air more, ac less.

It looks odd that I run ac from early may to October first sometimes lol, plus paying for power blows...

Now I am moving, from a second story room to a basement in mid to end of summer, which will drastically change everything, I'll have to incorporate a heater as well... Now i planned on dry locking, putting up plastic, insulation boards, the whole works, even going to a burner and controller and considering a light mover with extensions. I run 4 open wings.

Sometimes I think it would be better to just put the household thermostat in the room, ???

Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated...

Thanks guys,

Show me how its done!

Love n respect
