TDS meter help?

so i was looking around for the TDS meter for the cheapest price. I found this one (http://www.freshwatersystems.com/p-162-handheld-tds-meter-ez.aspx) will that work? If so, im terribly confused as to how to use it, it has instructions on the bottom of the page... but it blew my mind... maybe its because ive been up for 48 hours.... but it seems complicated. Any help is welcome and appreciated.

that is the one I use. it is super easy. Turn it on and put the probe end in the solution....
then read. it will even turn itself off if you are stoned.
