Tap Root Growing out of Soil

I germinated seeds for 24 hours in water, placed them into my medium (soil) but since I wasn't sure where the tap root was facing some of them have pushed through the soil. What should I do ? Sprinkle some soil on them ? My 1st time germinating in water, usually use paper towel method.

if the tap root it pointing out up through the soil, simply flip it around.
