tangerine

Hi all. I'm after any info/advice on flowering tangerine dream. This is my 4th grow but my 1st with this strain. I've read that there can be problems at the end and lights should be altered even further down to 9 on / 15 off. Has anyone any experience pls.

order seeds from a different breeder and chances are you will have buds faster than growing tangerine dream. I grew one and I hated it, probably the worst strain i have grown. Sorry!

you are in teh LED section my friend, but basically... get away from tangerine dream, maybe bf's in general.

Greensanta is on it, but I feel like I should speak up and save you from wasting time money and efforts. TD took my 13 weeks to flower, on a 11/13 light schedule- shit smelled good towards the end, but not worth the trouble of finicky gen's when you can find something even better just as easily

I ran this last Spring and it's the reason I started keeping a journal. I wanted to prove that TD is the real deal. I can't speak for the light schedule being the problem for my grow... I just think it was my pheno. I just don't think there are very many good pheno's of this strain out there. I don't know how or why but it seems like 2 out of all the growers on here found the good pheno.

I do remember she did not like a strict feeding or watering schedule. I kept her 12/12 till the end but cut her early at 12 weeks maybe and I was prepared to go longer but her structure wasn't that good. Airy,airy, airy colas. Realizing she wasn't any different than what 99% of the people on here experienced I cut her and made ice wax. The hash was damn fine though.
