Tangerine Dream Auto - Did she start flowering too soon?

Hello all! Hope this post finds you all well and thanks ahead of time for your advice! So, I have a couple Tangerine Dream Autos going. The lady in question sprouted on June 6th. I first noticed the flowers on July 10th. She is the furthest along of the other girls and this is my 1st grow. They are all in 3 gallon pots with organic soil (mixed w/ perlite, compost and vermiculite). They spend sunny days outside in the sun and come in at night. Indoors, they are in a closet under 1000w full spectrum leds and 50w leds. Humidity is at 50% and temps at 84. Can you please take a look at her and tell me if she has a long way to go? Note*** seeds are from Growers Choice. Happy Growing and PLUR to you all!

2 things. 1st, i was intrested in those seeds only from them but couldn't pull the trigger at the time. Nice choice. June 4 to July 10 seems to be 34 days offhand which more autos than not are probably flowering or atleast pre flowering so they seem to be on target. Breeder usually says how many days are expected but it only in perfect conditions. Anywhere from 65-85 days is a real expectation depwnding on the high you want and trichs. Earlier for head and longer for body. Those are Sativa leaning no? They should still stretch very soon if just going in to flowering.

Matty Matt Matt! (And the Rollitup Community as well) Thanks for your prompt response. As far as the choice...ah! There are so many choices! This seemed to be the best choice for me. It has a nice THC% and according to reviews, the flavor is great. I
had to run out, but when I get home I'll post pictures of the other ladies. This plant in particular (nicknamed Sickley) had given me some issues early on. I wanted to make sure it was just coincidence and nothing I did. I left out that I am feeding them once a week at 1/4 strength (Fox Farms Grow Big and Tiger Bloom) but water them as needed. I started LST after the 5th node grew and recently took the fan leaves and thensome (kind of defoliation). I know these girls are picky and they don't have much time to heal because of their "biological clock"; I just hope that taking all the leaves I did didn't hurt them too. Oh, Matt...any idea what those teeny little orange wormy things are on the leaves? I read that apple cider vinegar in a cup and on the soil of each plant works? And yes...Sativa.

Also if you can, while 85 is a max im ok with id get temps closer to 70 if you can. Just a bonus.
I'm going to drop the mylar I have closing the girls into the closet to cool down a bit. I just checked and it's now at 90° not good...

Man, i wouldn't want to get rid of the mylar. It helps so much by givung the plants as much light as possible. What schedule do you use? 18/6, 20/4, 24/0 or something different? Can you just keep the door cracked and lights off durring the hottest part if not 24/0? Small fan in there?

Unfortunately im not gonna be able to help with the orange worms, I've only ever used Fox Farms Ocean Forest 1 time and went to coco. I don't get pests. I do know that if you search Growweedeasy.com, they have a good chart with pics on pests/leaf problems.

24/0...as far as the mylar...I cut 2 pieces of wood to 48" each and attached the mylar to it in scroll form. This way I can get more air in there so it's not "as" hot and I can work with the plants easier. I have 3 fans in there and a dehumidifier.

* 1127 (She was planted at that time)
*Sickley (you know her already)
*Anaujiram (she started off great. Germination was super fast and I named her "marijuana" backwards!).

If you are growing an autoflower you should have started to see pistols by day 30, I'm talking about the beginning of what will turn into bud site's, hairs you know, so your plants a month old and you are seeing pistols, normal.

Thanks for your reply...I think the one just went very early and it threw me off. Little by little and day by day I learn so much. I will get it eventually! My next girlies I will probably do either in Coco or a combo of supersoil with coco loco! Will definitely keep you all posted!

When you have an autoflower in veg you never realy know what they are going to do, but if at day 30 your plants are starting to show pistols this is pretty much on time and normal, your plants look great, I have 2 northern lights running I just stopped feeding and switched to bloom nutrients, my plants are 6 weeks old and as you can see much further behind you as far as flower, hard to bealeave that plant is only 30 days old, you have beautiful bud structure, whatever your doing your spot on, my plants won't fill out like yours until the end of my grow, how tall are they? Who sold you the beans, except for a dwarf I was never that far along at day 30, so to your question no it's not normal to see an autoflower that far along at day 30, however you never realy know what they are going to do until you run them, I would be very happy with what you got, your friend.

so man, in a nutshell, what is the trick? Use veg lite and feed for a couple of weeks and then flower out with diff bulb and feed till done? You seem very knowledgable is only reason I ask and due to space and time, Ive became interested in the autos. But I have much pain and tolerance, Ive seen fastbuds stardawg looks good as gsc and gorilla glue. Everyone says Mephisto is best, but what they offer they are out of, etc. Just wanted your opinion, not trying to bug, thanks in advance

What I do is run my autos under a full spectrum light until they top off and are in full flower, at this time I flush out all the food residue and switch to botanacare pro flower base and Atami bloombastic at this time I change the spectrum of my light to full bloom, some people do not have the luxury of owning a bloom light and run full spec throughout there grow, I uploaded a few pics of a few random plants I grew, my mean average from seed to havest is 72 days, don't worry as time goes by you will gain a greater understanding of how these things turn out. Your friend, and if you ever need help I will try and do my best 4 u.

You are not bothering at all. We are all here to learn at the end of the day (well most of us)...

IMO- from watching these girls like a hawk, I noticed they are picky as far as nutes are concerned. You literally start off at 1/4 strength and not too soon either. Autos are bred to start flowering on their own. The reason is that they are crossed with the ruderalis plant. I think no matter what you are growing, you should have a good foundation for the plants to grow in. Be it soil, hydro, pot size, water quality, lighting...I ordered my 1st seeds from Growers Choice and the ones I have coming in now are from seedsman. I did order super autos which I am hella excited to get started!!!

thank you sir. appreciated. RIght now some reg photos complete time is running tad over 3 months, so that lil over two months and decent harvest and meds would be a great thing. Are they potent enough? Im more of an indica knock me out guy, I'll fight the sleep, I like doin it, lol, but i got to have firepower. Do you recommend anything. Again, thanks.

Thank you too, Kay

Your plants were beautiful. They are such pretty plants...and the effect? Flavor? Amazing for sure!

Have u grown super autos yet? Do u think a 10gal pot is overkill? (Still trying to learn the site...should probably do a search on super autos???)

BODYNE- I ordered Tangerine Dream from Growers Choice the 1st time around. It is a Sativa Dominant and can produce a high THC%. This time I am starting 5 different strains!

(((I can't wait boyz)))
