I'm a newbie grower and these plants are all about 3 weeks old and they are all pretty much a foot and a half in height I'm wondering if they're gpoing to fill out or did I do something wrong I have the pics attached thank you for answers in advance!
 
no pictures showing up...probably not giving them enough light and/or light is too far away and its stretching the hell out of them...detail out your grow...
 
nitro and high lights, but what about the strain? do u know what you are growing? also how big of a container is it in? you can control the height with container size and maybe a little topping+LST

Males grow tall and thin, but some plants start out thin, then during flower shoot branches from every internode.
