I'm vegging two strains in a tent and recently had an electrical problem that killed airflow during lights out. Yep, you guessed it -- powdery mildew didn't take long to set in.
All plants were sprayed with neem oil two days ago. Afgooey recovered nicely but all three "purple OG #18" plants are spotted, and one has new PM starting. (RH ~45%.) Overall, the strain is a pain to grow anyway. Long and stretchy, buds are a little fluffy, and likes to herm late in flower. Now I can add "susceptible to PM" to the list.
Has anyone else grown strains that are vulnerable? I'm tempted to ditch POG #18 but the finished product is very nice. Fruity and super smooth.
