Taking plants to their locations outside??

I just wanted to ask about how you guys transfer your plants to your guerrilla grow locations? I don't want to stress the girls. Will keeping them in a dark backpack for 30-45 minutes stress them out, possibly creating the risk of hermieage?

Thanks:hump:

I hike at dusk 9 SOLO cups at a time in a milkcrate i cover the top with a bag dunno about the back pack..just do it at night and the dark shouldnt affect them id just be careful cause a backpack could probably do some damage

Aha, hmmm.. It would probably be hard to do at night, considering where I'm going :D Oh, I'd put it in some protective box or something, of course, but I have to do it during the day..

Dont forget how sketchy walking them out during the day is. I walk mine out at night with a lantern until i am at the point were i walk of the trail.then you just put them off the trail and come back the next day to take them all the way. You really dont want to have plants on a trail during the day.

I'd actually be willing to risk that, I just don't have time to do it at night. In the city where I live, it would be more sketchy to walk around with a lantern or flashlight in the pitch black woods. That seems so much worse than risking it inside a backpack during the day. I never meet anyone on my walks. So, if there is someone who has already tried this during the day, with success and no plant stress, please get back to me. Otherwise, thanks for your help, guys. I appreciate it :)

i do same thing. i put them in a 5 gal bucket. drop them off at night near where site is. then next day plant em.

thats ruff guys!!! We over in these parts just plant them in are back yards while waving at the cops driving buy, while im smoking a fat Grand Daddy Purple doobie!!ha ha... anyways just make sure you link your light indoors with the time that the sun is coming up and going down outside. then count how long the sun is up during the day and make sure you see light for 15 hours in a day before you take them outside!!! you dont want to take a plant thats been under your light for 18-6 then take it outside where its only 13-12 or 12-12 because they will start to flower!!!!!!!!!

oh yeah and 45 min. of darkness will not stress a plant out in the least bit....i dont know what area you live in but if it is hot out there i would recommend you shield them from direct sunlight with a clear plastic painters drop cloth for the first week. that's only if you had them under florescent lights. that sun will just burn them up!!! its all about babying them man...

its more suspicious doing it at night in a city. No one would look twice at someone walking down a path with a cardboard box or something... just don't dress like a chav ;)

haha calismoke i wish man... Im gonna make moves west in the near future.. I live in the sticks and dont really stress it. But the laws over here are ass backwards

Here is how Ive done it with a jordan shoe box. Only carries 3 and fits in a pretty small back pack. I cut out the center piece to fit this one clone so it holds it down a little more and keeps the dirt in the cup. Works great and this is after about a 20 to 30 minute hike in. Didn't bother the plant a bit. Here is a pic and one of the same plant a couple days ago (about a month outside). Good Luck!!!

ya just take like real early in the morning maybe when theres not many people there, like on a wednesday
and if anyone asks whats in the box, just say your releasing a vicious squirrel or somthin in the woods. they wont want to look in lol

if someone asks what you've got (which i doubt they will) be a dick. people expect other people to be rude nowadays. lol
