taking clones shortly after switching to 12/12

hi all. will swim still have success taking clones from plants after starting 12/12? i'm talking like 1 week after switching lights (before buds show).

yeah, no problem. Ive taken clones as far as 7 weeks into flowering, they just take longer to root.
The sooner you cut the better generally.
