Taking clones 1 week before Flowering. Help! :)

hello, i am one week away from flowering my 2 plants after 30 days of vegging.

i want to take come cuttings but want to know how long i have to wait before i send the 2 grown plants to flower. should i wait for them to heal or anything? is it bad to take cuttings so close to flowering?

i think the only downside would be stress in healing and lower yeild due to branches being cut.

lastly, should i trim or manicure when entering flowering stage?

wait one week into flowering before you take clones, in my opinion i get better results with my aeroponic cloner..

plus you can trim the bottoms to produce bigger colas at this time as well, half your plant is going to stretch once you flower it, take the bottom branches for clones, they wont produce excellent bud anyway!

You want them to have a good 2wks stress free b4 flowering . 2wks b4 is when I trim up the undergrowth take clones or just trash the clippings . Did your plants show sex yet?

if you trim 2 weeks before you flower than how to you not have an outrageous amount of popcorns? not criticizing but just very curious

Thats the whole point right? Trim the bottom so you dont have popcorn .Your statement needs clarifying.

ive tried researching pre-flower indicators for gender verification and read that females will show white hair-like pistils while males will show a small nug at the nodes. is that pretty much it or do i need to set them at 12/12 for them to really show. as far as i can tell, i see the hairs coming out from the stem and i am approxiamtely at day 30 from when i recieved them as clones.

im scared they might be male for some reason. i didnt really know the guy who had these clones. but he swore they were both female...
