Hey riuppers,
I was drug screened for my new job today and was pretty nervous because I would classify myself as a moderate user (1-4 grams/week) and smoked about 9 days prior to the test. I'm 5'10'' and 140 lbs. Because urine testing is the most common type being adminstered, I figured there were others like me who were searching for information.
I wanted to share a link to an amazing scientific article about the detection period of thc in urine testing. http://www.ndci.org/sites/default/files/ndci/THC_Detection_Window_0.pdf This article essentially shows that the 30 day myth of thc remaining in your system is an exception rather than the rule. I highly recommend everyone read this if you plan to continue smoking. It eased my mind after reading that many test subjects who were "chronic users" could pass a urine test in as little as 14 days at a 20ng/mL cuttoff level. You will learn a lot if you read it. From the site where the link is posted also has valuable information. http://norml.org/index.cfm?Group_ID=4934
Anyways, I hope this helps some of you. Peace, guys.
