T5s vs. CFLs

Which puts out more lumens and is more efficient? 2 4' - 4bulb T5 fixtures, one above and one mounted to the wall to broadside the under growth.
Or would a 250 watt CFL above be more efficient.

On the T5s I am running a full spectrum on all lights. On the CFL I get either red or blue. Not sure how to go.

FYI: T5s are considered CFLs.
Go with the T5s, their output is linear instead of bunched together. Just spring for two more though, they're only like $30.
They veg awesome plants, I use the 54W 6500k 4' strips. Can't go wrong with them!

I have 4 fixtures. 2 in each space. 1 over and 1 mounted to wall each. The broadside of the wall mounted lights improves the overall bushiness of the plant. I can fit 5 3 gallon pots under the 4' fixtures, so I think I am going to have to agree with you.
Right now I have a kandy kush, a NL x big bud and a white rhino. I have NEVER seen anything like the rhino, it looks like kale it's so thick and bushy and at only two weeks. The kush and NL are definitely females, I can't wait.
