T5 or HID watt for what veg growth

Ok guys so heres the question, i was looking to start plants around April nex year so i would have LESS small plants and more pounders. if space is not an issue witch would you prefer watt for watt. thanks for the the input guys

I would prefer t5s if I could get a decent setup of equal watts purely for spectrum customizability. Why not do both?

4ft 8 bulb ,6 bulb, or 4 bulb T5. Any larger than that is a bitch to adjust to canopy height. One 8 bulb covers 2x4.

leaning more twards the T5s purely b/c of the sheer amount of coverage per fixture and as trevronious said mixed spec is allways a good thing, any suggested brand/site? i allready have a htg 4' 4bulb and a 250 mh/hps but i have a 7X10 that im deadicating to only veg for next years outdoor adventure

4 bulb. 2 true lumen 660, 2 zoo med flora sun. they are $14.99 ea. At drfostersmith.com. If you spend $49, shipping is free.

250 mh/hps. Hortilux blue mh. Its a very expensive bulb. Best hid bulb you can get. Amazon has the best price. Otherwise alot of aquarium shops carry good mh too. Coralvue, hamilton, reef, etc..
