T5 Lighting Price

Im looking for a t5 Fixture and dont really know what brand to go with.

Im in canada so prices are already in the 100+ range and im ok with that if it gives out 5000Lumens a bulb (20k lumens in a 4 bulb is perfect!). Its only for vegging clones a bit before the flower room and keeping 2 mothers.

So any ideas on what i should get? Im using a 40w 3500lumen light( its somewhere around that) and that wont last me longer than 2 weeks max..

getting stuff shipped from the states means il get bent over and fucked in the ass by the taxes/duty - not the mention shipping a 4' light.. il suck it up and buy a t5 4' 4bulb for $190 at my local hydro store.
