Sylvania Spot-Gro?

Anyone ever used a Sylvania Spot-Gro? someone gave me one but there are no specs on the box other than the fact that its 65W. anyone know the spectrum or lumens?

i need something to supplement a 400 hps but have no idea if this is a piece of shit or not

it is very very much a peice of shiit no where near a 400 watt hps

probably, i will more than likely just supplement with cfl's. anyone have specs on this thou?

Check the color of the light, if its bright white use it to veg if its orange(ish) use it to flower. Either way 65w isn't enough for even 1 plant but it would make a decent top light if it has a reflector.

it doesn't give any info outside of the fact that its 65w, it does have a blue-ish tint to the glass thou. i wasnt going to use it as the main light, i still use a 400w hps but i did want to get a little blue spectrum cfl action going for some side lighting or underneath the canopy

i got one, its a throw out .just get 4 cfls {maxium watts and lumens} standard ballset size
