Looks like a heal mark. Have you ever snaped it?
Looks like sumewhere thats been broke and it healed back together.

Hard to tell with ur pic tho.

Stress training i pull brenches till they appear stressed let it heal an repeat since birth more airflow more branches more bud. An always cut heavy nutrient burnt leaves off to avoid further prob. But this is the swelling i see its only on the lower 4 brenches some smaller then others. An whats wrong with the pic i can take more lol

Why are you asking why your node junctions look like that when you know you are purposely stressing them? They are doing exactly what you are making them do...

Plants with strengthen themselves due to stresses from their environment, it's part of their survival strategy. If you don't want your junctions to look like ping pong balls, then stop yanking on the branches like you are doing.

Nuthing wrong with the pics just more is better lol. I agree with Resinhound. LST will cause thicker nodes. Look just like a knuckel.

Sorry I came off sounding like that, I just got the impression from your post you knew exactly what you were doing.

But ya that's normal for a plant to do that in response to stress, just like our bodies lifting weights, we buff up. So do they...

Taking your plant to Tha gym..

Thats the bud that sits on top the ball branch

Don't cut off damaged leaves unless there's no green left on it. What ever's causing the problem will move on to the next healthy set of leaves, so really you're speeding up the process.

Nice peice of info right there thanks man.did not know that i just thought the infected leave. Gone no infection. But i stand corrected.

You can cut off the damaged parts of the leaf to make it easier to tell if you've corrected the issue or not.
