Swollen Calyx? I hope so

Hi guys 17 days into flower skywalker og I was expecting them to be further along already they are kind of slow but anyway I have a pic here for you I'm a newb so i can't tell if this is the beginning of male flowers or just a calyx I don't know but I have been freaking out I only have 3 plants so it will really suck if this one hermed. if you look just below where i super cropped you can see. IMG_0062.jpgIMG_0063.jpgI couldn't get my camera to focus anybetter i hope this pic works its the little ball just below the bend with a couple hairs growing out of it.
 
oh just read the whole post. Two white hairs coming out indicates female, but what about the budsites? what are they doing at 17 days flower? heres mine at 17 daysSAM_2623.jpg
 
Well i have some pics from 14 days i can show you now. i'll have to take more recent pics tonight when my lights come on
I have two skywalker ogs and a Northern Lights the northern lights i have no worries about being hermie the bud sites look pretty good but the skywalkers are at least half the size. left is the NL and right is the SW which do look a lot better now but like i said i"ll have to show you tonight hopefully you are online> IMG_0053.jpgIMG_0051.jpg

Balls on sticks are male
if it is tulip shaped and has trichomes it is a female part

why grow plants for 4+ weeks that you are not sure if they will be female or not?
get feminized seeds and try google before asking a question that has been asked 4,081 times

Thanks Critical appreciate you not being an a$$hole about it. like i said i'm a newb I googled swollen calyx but the pics that came up were way more mature then mine is and i couldn't tell so i wanted to be sure. sorry guy

I dont think your friend has "near perfect growing conditions" then....I have never once had a fem seed herm....thats out of hundreds as well.

Your friends messed up. Feminized seeds are no more likely to "herm" than plants from regular seeds.
