I was wanting to clear a few points that I was thinking about. Is there something in the law about switching patients mid grow. Would the patients six plants switch to the new patient or what?

you have to have a patient for every set of plants that you grow. who that patient is does not matter so long as you file the paperwork with the state

ok i got it now, you didnt say you were a caregiver in your post so I was cinfused. sorry bout that.
Moses basically has it right, you would have to have the patient name you as a caregiver and the patient your replacing take you off as a cargiver just some paperwork to file.

Actually by law the plants belong to the patient, you only have permission to grow for them.
If you piss off your old patient, I would think they could push the issue, and cause you problems.

I was thinking that the plants are the patient's. One card one patient 6 plants switching patients with plants in mid grow sounds fucked to me.
