switching nutrients

Hi,
I'm coming to the end of my first grow and i think i started my final flush a little to early.
I was using the Canna Flora but am now down to water, my question is, after using the chemical nutrients can i add some "organic guano super bloom" to my plants?
they are somewhere near the end of their life and i don't want them to taste like crap if i miss the flush

never mix salts with organics

adding guano super bloom will not help with taste...gotta flush!

Yea I was more worried about the extended period with no nutes.
I thought organic might be an alternative to flushing.
I guess I'll just let it ride.
