Switching "lights on time" in flower question

Hi Everyone, I have 2 rooms on opposite 12/12 lights on schedules. I want to take
my plants that are 4 weeks into flower and move them into the other room so I can veg another batch of plants. Can anyone tell me the least stressfull way to do this so I don't end up with hermies. I was thinking to just give them the extra 12hrs of darkness. Thanks

give the plants you want to move 12 extra hours of darkness then move them into the other room when the lights go on.

Sounds stressful for the plants to me. I wouldn't do it for fear of hermies.

I run the same thing, two tents on opposite flip schedules. Post #3 is exactly what I do and I've never seen a nutsack.
