hello, i have 2 sativa plants that are in week 12 in a grow tent and are about 2 weeks from harvest.the promblem i have is i have four starts that have grown out of the clone box i have built.i would like to put the starts in the tent with the sativa ,but i also want to put the lights back onto 18/6 to light schedule.will this slow down the sativa or even worse put them back into veg. stage?

its not a good idea in my opinion..

although I have never tried it. I would think it would cause some pretty serious stress on the flowering plants. if you need those plants to come out as good asnyou can then id say dont do it. but if its just for your stash id say go for it and if you see bad things starting cut em down.

edit* flowering plants definetly can revert to the veg state ive done it manytimes on pupurpose. just didnt want to make it seem like I was saying that wasnt a possibility.

Lst the clones if possible, it's not ideal to switch the plants back to veg, but in two weeks you won't see that happening before you chop.. Just know you are limiting them from hitting their genetic potential. Think of it as harvesting them two weeks early. They will continue to mature for a bit, but not nearly as much as an unadulterated lighting schedule. You can't just throw the clones into flower.. Better yet build a bigger veg box for them.. Old dresser, a closet?

In about a week you'll notice that the buds are growing long and thin, meaning foxtailing, and getting leafy. I tried it myself once. I don't recall exactly how long it took until I noticed the difference but I think it was about a week. The buds got quite airy and leafy.
