It's more of a natural flowering day length. (Theory)

Look up your city.

In my area. If the plant was outside. It wouldn't experience 12/12 until September the 26th. That's the beginning of flowering. Then It'll be in 12/12 till the 30th. 4 days total with variance of about 5 minutes.

The day length then averages about 11hrs after that. From October to November. With an average of 11.5 in October and 10.5 in November.

In nature they wouldn't experience 12/12 for two and half months. Every time I've used it, I get less vibrant plants. I flower with a 11.5 hour day. Veg with a 15 hour day.

hmm seems interesting but ive always had good results with 12/12 so think i might stick with that for now. thanks for the heads up though
