I'm a big fan of Qwiso or Qwet extractions for making concentrates. They are simple, fast, and produce great quality clean dabs when you do it correctly. Here is a tutorial on how I make mine that has helps lots of others make a great product by following it closely. https://www.rollitup.org/t/thundercats-groooooooow.131193/page-134

I'm glad to help with any questions you might have too. The biggest key that I can emphasize, is the quality and yield of your extraction is totally dependant on the material you use. I don't bother doing extraction with anything less then totally trichome covered sugar leaves, or buds. Basically NO FAN LEAVES.

do you wash any longer than 30 seconds? oh 1 thing i was wondering... I plan on washing for 30 seconds and i have saw people wash more than once but they do the 2nd or 3rd was into a different container so basically have 2 or 3 different batches. Why wouldnt you do all your wash into the same batch? They claim it downgrades your quality but all your doing is extracting anything that was missed in the 1st wash so wouldnt you yield more but with the same quality doing 2 or 3 quick 30.second washes vs 1?

I always do 2-3 washes, it's a noticeable yield difference and quality. I wash for about 30 seconds and I do all the washes back to back so they are all done as quickly as possible.

Once you pour the alcohol over the plant material it begins breaking things down. If it's all real cold and you are gentle with the first wash and don't shake it like crazy the first wash is usually very light colored and clean. The longer the material is wet with alcohol the more chlorophyll will get extracted along with the cannabinoids. So each subsequent wash will be a darker color green and have less quality oil.

The third wash is typically best for edibles, but is still great for that which is why I do it. The first wash is the best tasting and is always smooth. The second wash still dabs ok but not as smooth or tasty.

I outline most of this stuff in the tutorial to make I easy to follow a step by step process to get a great product as easily as possible the first time. I spent over a year working out the differences in little variables to get the process where I wanted it.
