Surrownding my plants with cfls

hey guys just lookin for a little constructive feedback really, due to time constranits i only have just over a week untill i HAVE to cut down my babies...its a very unfortunate situation as the buds are only tiny (that partly being the nature of the strain and only 5 weeks flowerin so far) any way i moved things around in my grow box and have attempted to sumwhat surrowned the plants with hanging cfls which are again unfortunatly blue spectrum...i have a 150watt red spec cfl directly above the 2 plants...i was wondering if arranging the lights in this way will help sum of the lower buds or if its a waste of time since they are blue spec? sorry for the huge wall of text.. oh almost forgot a picture i can easily add more bulbs or pictures if necesarry :mrgreen: Thanking any advice in advice + rep

i would first suggest to move them in as close as possible to the fan leaves...like around one to two inches.
 
thanks for the input mate +rep i have added a few more and made them closer to the bud sites.. can only hope they get bigger in 10 days..u c im goin to amsterdam for 4 days and im assuming they wont survive if i saturate them in water before i leave, if its the case that they will survive then i guess i could give them that extra bit of time on top

hey u rekon i could make a home made version of those auto watering things from a plastic bottle they seem to be quite a basic concept..
 
You can buy an aquaglobe from Bed Bath and Beyond, since you might not get it in time if you order it in the mail.
 
lol yea thats right not from us... how u know? u must smoke so much u have magic powers! i rekon ill have a go at makin 1 and give it a test run b4 u leave ill let u guys know if its a success!
 
i almost wanted to lie and say i was an aussie because i hate to disapoint,lol im from the uk, cheers for all your help..been using rollitup for a while but only recently ventured into the cfl forum its cool to see people with similar set ups
