I have a clone, I believe it is a strain of purple. Its the picture in my avatar. Which method do you think I should use?

Tie them down almost flat with the ground and keep doing this until the main shoot starts growing over the side. Starting really early is fine, even after you have two leaf sets. You will have branches all over the stem from to top to bottom, even near the first set of true leaves!!!! Then you can start to tie those new brances down and soon you have a chain reaction of branching.

I have my plant growing in a pot usually on a chair or stool outdoors. I'm paranoid the dogs will pee on or in the plant. They seem to have a fascination with it. Should I set the pot on the ground and tie it down. If so, whats the easiest way to to it?

well being on the chair isnt going to hurt if no negihbors see it but i drill a few scres into the sides of the pot and u can use string or rubberbands to tie the shoots down

Okay, so drills holes at the top of the pot. Tie the stem down with a string or rubber band onto the pot. I tie down the biggest branch, which will have the top bud? Also, about pinching, does that also help? and if I wanted more than one cola should I super crop?

it depends what strain your working with if that strian tends to grow big top colas i would say super crop them, thats the beauti of knowing genetics........ill say examine the growin patterns of your plant..you dont want to so slow down growth too much... it looks like its growingg pretty even to me
