Supercropping

I have a question, I supercropped my plants branches today but the branches only had one node and I didn't know you had to supercrop the second or third node to make the other ones grow better, will it have any effect or will it just be a useless stress on the plant? I basically just bent the main stem of the branch

Inmy expierence Suppercropping only gets dangerous when you go all out, ive seen a few plants hermie/other stress problems when Cropping entire plant(all branches)at one time. I dont think you have any need for concern, it just will only have that one node freed up to grow into canopy, instead of 2-3 nodes. I do one branch a week throughout veg, reduces stress and can get some Fat Bushes. got any pics?

I'm not concerned at all with stressing the plant I've done everything to this strain in experiments and couldn't shock it, it just grows back stronger then ever, but I'm just concerned is it a waste to have that done if it's only on the main stem and not after the 2nd or 3rd node to induce growth to the lower nodes?, the branch was just growing up under one of my main top branches and was blocked of any light so I tried to supercrop it to bend it way from underneath the way it was growing to try and get it at some light
