Supercropping Shock?

I have four white widow girls that are almost three weeks into flowering. About a week ago, I supercropped the tops of the two tallest to make them even with the other two for a SOG. One of them developed yellow stripes on all of the new growth-even on the branches that weren't traumatized.

Some facts:
Ebb & flow sytem, hydroton medium
Feeding cycle = every 4 hours for 15 min during the 12-hour light cycle
CNS 17 Bloom & Liquid Karma nutes maintained between 800 & 1100 ppm
pH maintained between 5.8 & 6.2
RO water
400w HPS light
3 weeks into flowering
Temps run 65 to 80 deg F
Humidity @ 35 -40%

The three other plants look real healthy and all are in the same tray. Checked the roots of the problem plant--they look healthy but aren't as long as the roots of the other plants (the roots go through the pots and extend along the bottom of the tray.

I read that supercropping can shock a plant and I'm trying not to worry, but it's been almost a week and I'm nervous. I apologize for the lousy cell-phone pictures but hopefully you can see the leaves with green veins and yellow stripes.

What can I do to fix this one plant in the same environment as three healthy plants?

I was told not to super crop when flowering has started, during veg only.. I've not done it so I may be wrong... May just be stress also....luck.

sorry to repost I think its a mag def,I've had the same problem then it was followed by spots. I flowered it out. But didn't affect the taste. But still unsure

Yeah, the leaves look like a mag deficiency and I suspect it is but the plant roots are getting the same nute solution as the three healthy. Thats why I think the plant is freaking out and blocking nutes.

What would happen if I just amputated the supercrop top? More shock or would it cure the problem?

Spots (like rust spots) could also be a calcium problem, they both(calcium, and Megnesium) get locked out in the lower PH ranges, common late in flowering . Add some epsom salt to your next watering, a couple TSP a gallon. Continue untill plants look better.
