SuperCrop vs LST? (no relflective material)

what would be the ideal method with a 600watt light and no reflective material? the plant will probably be between 2-3 feet tall by the end of flowering..

if i were to LST, should i wait untill the plant gets a few inches above the pot?

A few inches is fine you can start Lst when ever you want but you should do it gradually.

i have four plants that fit perfectly under the light. what is more benefecial do you think, SuperCrop or LST? they will probably be 3 feet tall max.

i usually s. crop 1st and then i lst it so all the 2ndary node push up 1st
