hey everyone, Im planning my first outdoor grow this season. But I only have access to Roots "original" and Roots "707" soil, not the "natural and organic" label. Does anyone know how close these are to the "natural and organic" soil thats recommended by sub?

they are both fine, i love the original....they say the 707 holds moisture better, but that is debatable.......but it all has thrips right now, so you may want to wait until some new batches hit the market....at least you got time.

or just buy it and treat it with some azamax if you really wanna use it

The Roots Original is the natural and organic formula. I believe they have just changed the packaging a few times (this has been addressed by Subcool in a Weed Nerd episode). Check out the link and you will see that they are the same in the description.

I havent gotten thrips from making super soil lately, or using roots regular mix for my veg tent recently. I DO use an azamax drench and foliar spray as a preventative and I am assuming this is why.
