Hello everyone. Just wondering how to make and where to buy the ingredients for super soil. I live in Toronto and have no clue what to do. Please only if you have done this before

These guys are located out in brantford and use a modified Clackamas Coot recipe, you can also order your ingriendents from them and make it yourself.
As gwheels said you can get Happy Frog or Ocean Forest at most grow shops now in Canada and they are ok to use but will need supplementation further down flower.
