super-noob's first outdoor grow

Hey all! This site is a great source of info! I am currently doing my 1st grow. Outdoors. Using bagseed from a really potent sack of Wisconsin Outdoor Blueberry. I live pretty close to Wisconsin so i figured i'd give 'em a shot.
I planted a few seeds a bit earlier than i should have...around mid to late april. however, 2 of the seeds planted immediately shot up and are now close to 2 feet tall. mid-may i planted some more seeds, and they are all through the soil and looking very good. As soon as i fix my digi camera, i will add pics. I don't have a ton of space, so I think i'm gonna go for a screen of green to increase yields.
Any reccommendations on good fertilizer/nutes for the veg stage? I've heard that Miracle Grow Tomato Food is a good general purpose food. Any things i should be on the watch for as far as pests go? Any info would be fantastic. Thanks!

one more question: should i at some point clip lower fan leaves and branches so they don't compete for air/water? if so, when should i do this?
also, if anyone has experience w. outdoor grows in the midwest US region, when can i expect them to begin flowering?

You don't want to start choppin down healthy leaves off, you need to leave them off cos they produce energy. If you do sea of green you can take off lower branches, so the air flow is better, more air movment around whole plant , plus growth is stronger on main colas, upper plant.

gotcha. so if i'm gonna do so a ScrOG, should i hold off on pruning lower branches until flowering begins?

while i'm waiting for my digi camera to work, i took some pics with my cellphone. quality isn't as great, but it's better than nothing.
you can see the blue/purp color starting to come in on the egdges of the fan leaves in the closeups. the 2 big ones are the ones i planted a bit earlier.
