Every time I grow in growboxes with CFL's they grow short and stout with about 1/2 inch in between nodes. You can see on the LST'ed bush all the branches I chopped off. Otherwise she would have been to dense, probably become moldy, and have horrible light penetration. I'n some ways it is good to have them grow like this, but I'm trying to LST and fill the box and with the lack of stretching it will take forever. My first one vegged for about 5 months before I induced flowering. I have pics of her below. She is the large fuller one. The pics of the smaller one are my current grow. They just get no vertical growth.
The first time the temps ran high. Usually around 85-95 because I had the lights on during the daytime in the summer. Now the dark period is noon to 4, and temps stay around 75-81 when the lights are on. Occassionally higher when I tried adding more light. Most of the time the temps have been good.
Humidity had been staying down around 20% for the first 2 weeks of her life now it is usually 35-40%. She is 3 weeks old.
The seeds the first time were from a bag of shwag. The current one was a substitute for what I ordered from a seed bank. It is suppose to be a monster sativa which is not really useful in an indoor grow. I'm guessing they sent me the wrong seeds. That, or the box makes her stay small.
I have 2 different thermometers in the box and they are both concistent with each other.

pic 8: new grow, 20 days old, LST'ed. Other one is 10 days old, more sativa like leaves, but also a dwarf.
pic 9: my current grow box, and yes I know it is ghetto. 3, 26w CFL's daylight 6500k and 1, 26w 2700k CFL. Also has a 90w UFO inside but the temps get too high when they are all on.
