When supercropping do you bend the side shoots and under growth as well? How much increase in yield can I expect if done properly?

the major benefit you get from supercropping comes into play after you supercrop, and it will allow more light to get to the budsites that otherwise would be covered by what you just supercropped if that makes a bit of sense..
the smaller, lower nugs get a chance to fill out more, which in turn will increase your yeilds..
and yes, i super crop whatever i feel like.. anything that maybe in the way of another bud site, i will just supercrop and move out of the way...

its hard for me to tell as i hardly ever grow the same strain twice...

Do you bend everything at one time or little by little each day or something? Should you make any more than one bend on the under growth if it will get it into the light?

i usually only bend maybe two or three at time... but they recover quickly, and you can bend more in a day or two.. and yah, that's why i originally got into supercropping as one grow got way out of hand and was all up in the lights, so i just supercropped her till i was happy with the height..

The only reason i want to crop the one is that this is my first with good seed and the kush is growing twice as tall as everything else. Do you use trellising?
