For that price you can get top quality led's that will work. The best companies IMO and from what I have seen others getting results with are

All those are real companies that make lights that will actually perform. Not just someone trying to sell lights for the biggest profit. $1299+ is fine if you are paying for quality that will perform. And those companies are worth it.
