Sunshine Advanced Ultra Coir with Mycos any good? please chime in as I usually use Botanicare cocogro, but this is 5 dollars cheaper a bag at my local store.

I just switched to their #4 advanced. Good stuff so far, but I'm not sure if that relates to their coco as well.
