Sunlightl & Indoor lighting

I have a few clones that just started rooting and being already late in the season I want to keep vegetating them until their bigger and ready for them to bloom.

I was wondering if it's possible to grow & save on electricity by having them outside for the 12-14 hours of sunlight during the fall and then continue indoors with lighting to make up the difference.

you can leave them outside untill there is only 12 hours of sunlight then take them in and use cfl lighting for at least 4 hours or more to keep in veg state

Sweet just didn't want to send them into some weird shock and have them all die.

The mother plants are already going into their preflowering stage and wouldn't want the clones be midgets LOL !
