Is the sun too strong for the plant when the seed leaves just begin to open up? Its around 90 degrees around here.

Place them in the shade where they get indirect sun and just the outside warmth. KEEP SMOKE ALIVE!!

try inside for atleast 3 weeks then shade for awhile the work into full sun.
