Seeing more of these pop up around the place

this is an outdoor/greenhouse grow

Mites? flys?

Maybe beetles?

Never seen that foliar spray, seems a little iffy. Are there a lot of bite marks? If it's just a few id just ignore it, or maybe foliar feed with regular nutes and put some diatomaceous earth around them.
