Seeds will germinate quicker if you can get that up into the 70's, but 68 will be fine. Humidity can be raised when they are brand new seedlings by using a humidity dome. A easy humidity dome is a clear plastic bag, not sealed, but greatly reducing the airflow/exchange. Be sure to take it off at least once per day to deter mold issues and only use for at most 5 days.

I would use only a small piece of the coco with plain tap water to start in small pots/cups. Go ahead and start the seeds, you will have the PH stuff by the time you need to start feeding nutes and worrying about PH, you can keep them in the cups until they get bigger then transplant to the coco expanded in PH'd nute water.

im just going to wait then cuz im putting them from paper towel method right into five gallon bags cuz there autos i dont wanna stress them out by transplanting. it takes two days to develop tap roots right?
anyone think i can fit nine autoflowers in a 60x60 grow tent five by five foot tent?
cuz im going to put my beans ina cup tomorrow morning so it doesnt matter if the water soaking seeds in do i gotta ph that or should i just use regular bottled water?? thanks

Shouldn't matter much. I don't like RO or distilled, but spring, ground, rain, tap, ... Just would prefer that there is some miniscule level of nutes naturally present. I doubt you will have an issue with any water you could safely drink.

Seed vary a lot. I've had them take 3 days to germ, I've had them have three sets of leaves after 3 days. Average would be like 24 hours to tail, at 2 days 1/4 inch tap, 3 days 1.5 inch tap, 4 days first set of real leaves come out, 7 days next set or 2 of leaves. I give nutes fairly early though, even give 10% nutes in sprout water myself.
