Suggestions?

So this is my 2nd attempt at growing, last year no success, well they grew, they were just males

They are outside in direct sunlight, do not seem as if they are growing anymore, in the pot shown ( is the pot to small?) Another question is do they look ok? can you tell if they are going to be males or not? any suggestions to make them better, i give them plant tone also form time to time. What more info can i provide? Thankyou

On average males start showing in about the sixth week(outside) after germination.
The plants look healthy.

Transplant them ASAP. They won't do well in small pots without a LOT of attention while flowering. They'll want to be three times as large.

Like veggiegardner said, you're gonna want to transplant to a bigger container. A good rule of thumb is a gallon of soil per foot of plant height, but more never hurt.

that's why we use 100-200gl smart pots.....

Ha, true. You guys grow some monsters in those pots. Wish it was feasible to guerrilla grow in them. Just not worth the financial risk of it all getting snagged by a ripper/heli come September

Your plant is obviously a female.... Look, it had babies. When your baby momma plants have babies like that, you need to carefully remove them and give them each their own rooms. They don't want bunkbeds. Having babies is a big responsibility. They all need space to find out who they are so they can grow up and blossom.

if you dont mind me asking how can you tell its female? what are the babies? what do you mean remove them? they are in seperate pots, is that what u mean?.... i am very thankfull for the suggestions i will be repotting them tomorrow or monday how many times can you repot them beofre its a prblem? like does the plant not like moving? reason i ask is i have bigger pots, just not really big, so id like to move them soon and then get some bigger pots later this week

I repot from 16 oz cups, to 1 gallons and then to their final resting place. Makes for a strong dense rootball. You can wait a week and them move them into the bigger pots and let them live in those pots for the remainder of the grow. Dont want to stress them out too much by moving them so much. Try to get at least 20 gallon pots. Your plants should be fine in those pots for another week. I have 4 footers in 3 gallon pots flowering right now. More frequent watering and feeding.

Females will have white hairs at the internodes and males will have pollen sacks/balls at the internodes

Sorry for the confusion. Your very first pic shows a plant with new germs in it...hence the babies from the female mother.
I thought it was quite funny when I wrote it.
