Why would you use a strain before working out?
I can recommend a couple for after working out but if you insist you would really want a speedy sativa which would be at least 80-100% sativa strain.Kali mist or a haze strain would be a good choice
I would stay away form the indicas and stick with a nice 60/40 sativa strain. I prefer JillyBean first thing in the morning so I dont know I am doing the workout till I do my abs.
