Sugars, Molasses, necessary?!

I noticed a difference not using a sugar product. Buds were nice but not as sticky, gummy as before. I think this would equate to less resin and terps? Previously Botanicare sweet raw seemed to bring on desired results. Or perhpaps unsullhured molasses? Your experience and tips for resinous, drippy, stickiness would be appreciated.

Adequate supply of sulfur and potassium.

Personally I think people who grow make up that their bud taste/smells different when using all of those products. It’s a highly subjective issue.

My last few grows I’ve used nothing but Dyna-Gro Foliage Pro and Pro-tekt, only using bloom once when I noticed a slight phosphorus issue. The buds stick to my fingers and smell up the room every time I open the jars.

I'm not using any sweet style product and my buds are very sticky and stinky. I used to use them but I just dont know if they help any honestly, I haven't used them in about a year.
I'm thinking about adding molasses in week 8 till chop this time though with a expected week 9 chop.

When a dispensary has 20 buds on the shelf that smell like hay, but the Grape Pie smells like hay soaked in grape scent products, weighs 20% more than it should, doesn't get you high, cakes up your equipment and tastes like burnt pork rind oil, you know they used Sweet Grape®. It is literally like smoking grape skins, lemon peels, etc, fucking disgusting. Yes the bud takes up those aromas in the form of ester alcohols, tastes like shit 100% of the time, literally like scraps you'd feed a pig, soaked I Epsom salt. I'd rather smoke hay.

Anything can make a crop sticky, certain infections, sprays, using fish emulsions. Even sugar products, surprise surprise. I think if more people vaped, theyd stop worrying about novel shit the hydro industry is aware of. These brostore products make the smoke worse just to make it seem better to the biggest spenders: dumb people. "Use til harvest" No shit, so I've got molasses guttitating, looking like frost and weighing the bud down, oh and making it seem "sweet" to the unrefined cave dwellers who consume this low grade creeper crawlers easy bake oven playdough factory my first toolbox science fair kiddy pretendoponic weed.

The reason for giving molasses in soil isn't to make it more sticky. The sugar is to feed the microbes in the soil. It doesn't cause buds to produce trichromes or sweeten flavor.
If you want to sweeten the flavor then you need to push the resin into the buds. That can be accomplished by yanking the plant at harvest, shaking of the excess dirt, and boiling the roots. Wear eye protection as the resin sometimes literally sprays out of the buds when you do this. To get really sweet tasty buds you can boil in pineapple juice, apricot nectar, or any other fruit juice. Those that really want to push the limits can add a desert wine to the boiling mixture. Maybe a Riesling or similar.

Its for feeding beneficial bacteria and if you don't supplement them then you are feeding all sorts of nasty pathogens and fungi.

I've used a lot of products over the years, the Sweet line was one of them. I used the citrus and the grape 'flavor' and neither had any affect on the flavor or the aroma of the herb so I have no idea what you're ranting about here.
