Sugars for transplant?

Hey, all!

I was wondering what sugars would be acceptable to add to my new pot of soil for my tranplant.
I heard somewhere that honey and table sugar was ok but i just wanted to make sure and to know the correct way to apply it before i messed smething up.

I wouldn't the dental bill alone would bust you ...lol

tho at times I have foilar sprayed sugar solution on weak/damaged plants

its not for the noob as theres no real way to correct it if you screw it up

If you aren't using Mykos-something formulated for transplant stress, and trying to use homemade recipes alone, you are going to have a bad time
