Sugar + yeast for co2, for my 3 week old?

i have no source of CO2.

so should i proof some yeast and add sugar and let the mixture sit in my set-up?

you mean you have no intake with fresh air coming in? It pretty much a must unless you have a co2 generator

haha.... walk in there and breathe! talk to it, that's plenty of CO2, as for the sugar & yeast, i personally haven't seen it to be very beneficial because it produces at such a slow rate and if you have to vent your room you can lose it instantly, and if u dont vent it could get too hot. Be better off just going without it in my opinon, but that's just me. i always talk to mine and blow on them, they seem to enjoy it. Goodluck with the grow!
