Sudden drop in water intake

I’ve been giving this girl about a gallon of water a day for the past few weeks. Then suddenly she didn’t need any water the past 36 hrs. and the pot still feels kinda heavy. She’s getting close to harvest, wonder if you’ve ever noticed plants drinking less before they finish?

Yes they drink less and use less EC of the supplied solution.

It’s one of the reasons I drop back to 1 feed per day and half the EC I was running at during full bloom.
 
At that point drop your ec like said above, stop all N (I'm down to about ⅓ of the N she got at the flip at this point) and just push pure bloom fert the last weeks.
