Substantial lighting for vegging and flowering?

I'm growing 5-7 plants within about a 2" by 5" foot area. I want to know if the following light will be substantial for both the vegging and flowering stages of my plants. Would there be enough light for healthy plants if I used the MH bulb for vegging and the HPS bulb for flowering?

Should be enough...Watch that 2' wide thing though.....It is just kinda narrow.
