Okay, havent really heard it dicussed yet....... since Ive been her anyways.

Is it okay for my plants to be touching each other while in the flowering cycle???

My boy came over and said "thats not good, you need to space them." well shit, if I had the room I would!!! If I had 2 lights I would too!!!

but I dont so..... is okay for them to be touching?? they are in 5gal buckets, could the buckets be touching or is that a little too close? right now they are about 5in apart from each other, just trying to make the mosta out of what Ive got.

Ill prolly be called an idiot after this but fuckit, I will know for future reference. thanks to all in advance!!!

they can be touching each other but not to the point where they are blocking out all the light. i tuck my big fan leaves underneath branches to allow more light to reach my lower limbs.

Its fine... but when they touch each other.. the lower branches dont get enough light... thats why it is bad to do.. but its fine... just try putting a couple CFL's warm light... or a 4 foot fluro with warm light... addin extra light like that to the undergrowth will help it... because its proboly lackin light... you will be fine tho if they touch eachother.

haha he beat me to it

They should be fine as long as lighting isn't a problem for lower nodes and so forth. I intentionally let them touch to hold each other up.

man, I dont even have buds yet (I got pistils though) and some of my side branches are falling over already. (take into consideration that they are 3ft already) I have a 1000w hps so i dont think that light penetration is an issue...... *think*

the reason they are falling already is because when they were small I trained the fuck out of them, so there is like 4 big colas and they all start right at the bottom so they are just as tall as the main cola but their branches are way thinner than the main.... any guidance??

stake them up. tie cross strings. my buddy actually put a bunch of hooks in his ceiling to tie nooses to.
i'm in soil so i use bamboo plants stakes. i paid 3.99 for 25 3' stakes. i push them into the soil then band them to the main stalk with plastic garden ribbon.
