stunted marijuana and yellow taproot

if you stunt the plants does that mean it wont grow forever or it still wait but delayed also my other seed that i germinated seems to have a yellow taproot and it doesnt seem to be getting any longer

dont worry!....its juss a minor set back in some cases...it depends the situation....what happened?

just wondering cos i just transplanted the thing from the wet paper towel and it has heaps of root hair so just transplanted it and i heard that method could stunt the plant.Was just wondering if thats forever.

Anyway does anyone know about the yellow taproot?cos my other seedlings taproot is yellow and a spot on the paper towel turned yellow.I might post pics of problem
