Stunted growth?

I'm sure my plants growth is stunted and suggestions on how to get it to uptake more growth it's a couple days shy of 9weeks

For starters I would fill the pot up with fresh soil as that will supply a little more food for it and also provide more support and will promote a better rootbase

is it getting enough sun, looks like it needs a feed as well

What are you using for soil. Looks real wet. how often are you watering??

Looks root bound...the soil is low in container...looks to be only a few inches higher than the ground....dont just fill the container either...the soil needs to go below what soil you have now so the roots can maneuver through it.
