Stuck ! Please Help !!

I need some information about lights indoor ! How much watts per plant ? First Time Indoor ! I used to grow seedlings indoor under 20Watts for a week or a week and half and take it outdoor ! Now I got some noisy neighbors so .. Indoor everyone ! THNX

It really depends on the size of the plants you want to grow. This is why it is often noted as area coverage instead of how many plants. It also depends on the type of lighting you would like to use. I would aim to have around 50 watts per square foot, but if you can swing more that is great! You don't want to go too much over 100 watts per square foot, as soon after that you start to get diminishing returns. What kind of grow area are we looking at?
